USS TEXAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE

During our last trip to USA we went to visit one of the Ships which was facing Pointe du Hoc on D-Day.

Jerry O. Irwin is the Overnight Adventure Manager, he was very nice to guide us around the ship, explaining onboard life and also talking about all the equipment we could see. His has a fantastic overnight program. Student, but also Adult groups can experiment the opportunity to stay overnight on one of WWII greatest Ship. I highly recommend to all our student groups to sleep in the same quarters as the crew did over 50 years ago, receive information on the history and design of the Battleship, as well as, participate in a guided tour of the ship
